We have been producing floor plans since 2009 and in that time have surveyed huge variety buildings. Based in Exeter, we provide Land Registry compliant lease plans for commercial and domestic properties throughout the UK. Depending on the size of the property the survey will take around 2 hours to complete. With the use of a laser measuring device and CAD software our plans are accurate and professional and to the scales demanded by Land Registry. We can generally get to a property within a few days and aim to have all plans completed and sent electronically within a few days.
